Where was I? Ah yes. Tuesday 12th May 12:50. My provider placed a manual order for a downgrade to an 8meg ADSL connection. I was informed that this would take place in 24-72 hours. Friday 15th 14:44. I updated my ticket to state that 72 hours had passed without any sign of BT doing anything. [...]
