Government Minister+Internet = Clueless

Shock. Horror. Clueless MP doesn’t have a clue what he is talking about. Minister doesn’t understand what he’s talking about. He thinks that the “IP” in IP address stands for “Intellectual Property” and this person is/was involved in the Digital Economy Bill (Mandy bill).

RBS bonuses.
