BT and Phorm IP bans.

As of now, BT and Phorm IP ranges have been blocked from accessing this site. I will put together a custom 403 error page explaining why sometime today.
I was only half heartedly thinking about this until today when  I read this article on the register.

BT will be launching yet another trial of Phorm’s Webwise product tomorrow 30th September. The difference being that this time they have publically announced it.
