I said a year ago nothing would change with the way the banks conduct business and this just confirms what I said at the time.
I’m now even more convinced then ever that one of these big high streets banks should have been left to collapse and go under. This way the other banks would have been made to sit up and take notice.
After Brown and co chucked billions at them to stop them going under there now seems an air of “We’re to big to go under.” about them and they seem to think everything is as was.
