The Royal Mail workers are on strike again and it’s bliss. No more more junk mail through my letter box for the next few days.
It make me laugh, it shouldn’t as it is a terrible waste of resources, some of the trash that gets delivered to my home. I’ve lost count of the times I’ve had trash from Virgin Media pushing cable and gas companies offering central heating. They really should do a little research before embarking on these junk mail campaigns.
Please note;
I don’t live in an area where cable is available and I live in an all electric home.
We have a post related mystery that is on going here. Both myself and my son have bank accounts, we use the same bank, we use the very same branch and we live at the same address. My son no longer receives his bank statements as the bank will no longer send them out. Why? The bank says his statements get returned as ‘undeliverable’ by the Post Office. Mine arrive just fine, amongst the daily junk though. Anything other than statements sent by the bank to my son arrives.
