The one way system is back in place on Crofts Bank road for this week. The road will be closed in both directions this coming Sunday 8th Feb to finish of the resurfacing.
Behind the new Sainsburys unit the other part of the first phase is also now well under way. This part will consist of ground level retail units with the upper levels consisting solely of flats. Will the developer be able to fill the units and sell the flats? Only time will tell but in the current economical climate it will be a struggle.
